Films will PREMIERE at the Midtown Cinema on Sunday, March 1 at 3PM with a Filmmaker Q&A + Award Ceremony to follow. Each Team Registration comes with 1 Ticket for the Screening on (3/1).

Create. Collaborate. Grow.

1. All Films must be conceptualized and created within the Competition Period, and properly credited.
2. Royalty Free / Creative Commons Music, Archive Footage, and Original Media must be properly credited for use. If no credits are given, the team is subject to disqualification.
3. Use of A.i. must be clearly stated within the film or credits.
4. Entries must be no longer than 7 minutes.
5. Flexibility for late submissions is determined on a case by case basis. If there are last minute export/upload issues please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
6. Late entries can potentially be eligible for screening as an Exhibition if the film is submitted by a decided upon deadline - dependant on each Festival. If you are going to be late and would like the chance to screen as an Exhibition, we must be notified via email prior to the competition deadline.
7. Late entries and Exhibition Films are ineligible for Awards (including Audience Choice).
8. CineSpark retains cooperative rights to show and / or use any and all submitted work for Promotional or Screening purposes. Additionally, completed films will be posted on the CineSpark Youtube Channel + Social Media. Filmmakers retain cooperative rights to screen and post their work as well.
9. CineSpark reserves the right to add content warnings for movies that feature mature material or messaging.
10. Qualifying entries will be Graded for Award by a randomized panel of Unbiased Judges.
11. CineSpark reserves the right to deny entry in extreme or unethical cases.
