9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-sensory experience that combines intentional breath patterns with layered sound design, voice guidance, somatic coaching, and affirming language all working together to support nervous system regulation.
Drawing from psychology, neuroscience-informed practices, and ancient breath traditions, this workshop is designed to help release stored emotional tension and limiting belief patterns without force or performance.
This introductory session includes:
• Education on how 9D layering works
• A guided breathwork experience
• Optional light Reiki support during the session
No prior experience necessary.
