The time has cometh!
Our beloved Karol prepares to journey eastward, returning unto Warsaw, called home. As it is written, all seasons turn - and this one now gives way to another. He departs from us seasoned and steadfast. Poland awaits its most devoted vegan son.
Come forth and bid him farewell - for now.
After three steadfast years, Bracia returneth to its first form: two brats, united in their reverence for beautiful food and the gathering of good people. What was in the beginning shall be again.
We also return to our original rite: one dish, prepared with care and conviction, served twice over. That all who hunger may return for seconds, and none leave unsatisfied.
Send Karol onward with glad hearts and generous spirits, the wind set firmly in his sails, as he steps into the next chapter of his culinary calling.
