Join Elizabeth Broderick for a deeply restorative sound bath, where the soothing frequencies of gongs and crystal bowls guide you into a state of deep relaxation, inner balance and peace. Wrapped in the warmth of the cosy Life Centre studio , this is your time to truly unwind, reset and reconnect.
The powerful vibrations of the instruments gently calm the nervous system, helping clear tension in the body and inviting stillness in the mind. Whether you are new to sound baths or a regular visitor, this session is designed to let the vibrations guide you into states of deep meditation, enabling a sense of calm and mental clarity.
The session will begin with some opening breathwork and singing bowls which will then lead you peacefully into the sounds, vibrations and healing powers of the gong.
This is in the smaller loft room at The Life Centre, for a more intimate session with only 12 people.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Comfortable clothes
- We have mats and blankets at the studio, but if you want an extra blankets please bring.
- We have some eye pillows at the studio, but if you want to use your own eye mask please do bring it.
