About this Event
Broadway's Thomas Doelger (The Book of Mormon) brings his newest cabaret show to Chelsea Table + Stage in this hilarious, heartfelt, and quite highly-belted evening. In "The Lady Must Be Masc," Doelger explores his journey in exploring his identity and gender exploration as a non-binary performer amidst his wildest dream finally coming true: playing a leading man on Broadway. Through stand-up and songs exclusively written for women, Doelger explores the highs, lows, and the dirty-martini-requiring moments that occupy this era of their life and within the industry at large. With a set list featuring some of Doelger's favorite female vocalists, ranging all the way from Marilyn Monroe to today's hottest pop girlies, come see for yourself just why "The Lady Must Be Masc."
