About this Event
As spring reaches its fullest expression, this Kind🌿Root Mini Retreat at The Space in London is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself, and consciously step into the energy of growth and expansion that this season brings.
May is a natural time of opening. The seeds planted earlier in the year begin to take shape, and this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your inner direction, and explore what is ready to grow in your life.
Together, we’ll move through a gentle, grounding yoga practice, guided breathwork, and meditation to help calm your nervous system and reconnect you with your body. From this more present and open place, you’ll be guided through coaching-informed journaling and reflection around the theme of growth and expansion — exploring what feels ready to emerge and how you can support yourself in moving towards it with clarity and trust.
You’ll be supported in exploring questions such as:
What feels ready to grow in my life right now?
Where am I being invited to expand or step forward?
What would it look like to trust my natural timing and direction?
This gathering is also about community. There will be time to connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space, with tea, August Bakery pastries, and open conversation. These shared moments create warmth, connection, and a sense of belonging, allowing you to feel supported both by the practices and by the people around you.
This session will also include a guest speaker from the Kind🌿Root community, offering additional insight and perspective to support your reflection and integration. The guest will be announced closer to the event.
The session is hosted by Lisa Lang, founder of The Kind🌿Root Space, and a certified coach, yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher. Through her work, Lisa creates calm, inclusive spaces that support both inner reflection and meaningful human connection.
The Kind🌿Root Space is a global, community-led wellbeing platform created to make supportive practices like yoga, breathwork, and coaching more accessible, and to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and others in an authentic and grounded way.
