About this Event
This session is a chance to begin the year by slowing down and checking in, rather than fixing or forcing ourselves forward.
We’ll start with a gentle, energising yoga practice focused on breath, basic movement, and listening to how your body feels on the day. The pace will be steady and spacious, with options to adapt, rest, or take things at your own rhythm.
After movement, we’ll take time to reflect and journal using simple prompts inspired by yoga philosophy, exploring what you want to carry into the year ahead. Tea will be provided, and writing is always optional.
