Event Description:
Behind every high-achieving woman is an untold story of invisible work. Beyond the job title and measurable outcomes, many women carry the unspoken weight of leadership, holding teams together, managing emotions, and sustaining a sense of wellbeing across their professional and personal lives.
This thought‑provoking discussion about redefining success without self‑abandonment will be led by Michelle Wilkie, Design Director and Health & Embodiment Coach for Creative Leaders, whose work bridges workplace design, wellbeing, women’s health, and the transformative connection between mind, body, and space.
Michelle will invite women to pause, reflect, and reimagine what success can look like when leadership doesn’t come at the cost of self. Together, we’ll explore new models of sustainable ambition that honour both achievement and personal integrity.
We’ll discuss:
- The hidden emotional labour of leadership
- Why senior women often become culture-holders
- Nervous system overload in high-pressure industries
- Leading effectively without constant depletion
- Redefining success through leadership, longevity, and sustainable ambition
Expect an honest, energising conversation that blends lived experience, practical insight, and collective wisdom designed for women who lead, care deeply, and want to do so without burning out.
