You know that one thing you could start doing that would make the biggest difference to your life but you're not doing? This evening is about that.
We are often stuck not because we lack willpower but because part of us is actively working against the change we say we want. There are hidden commitments ones we never consciously made quietly running the show. This evening, we bring them into the light.
We'll gather around the table for a candlelit dinner where the conversation goes somewhere real — exploring the invisible structures and unconscious patterns that quietly shape our lives.

Workshop · 1h 15min — The Hidden Commitments This is a guided, reflective experience — not a lecture, not a therapy session. You won't be put on the spot.
Drawing on a framework developed at Harvard, we'll explore why smart, driven women can want something deeply and still find themselves not moving toward it. Not because they're lazy or afraid but because somewhere beneath the surface, there's a competing commitment quietly holding the status quo in place.
We'll work through this together. You'll leave with something real: a clearer picture of what's been getting in the way, and why.
