About this Event

This professional training blends modern mobility science with intelligent yoga sequencing. Participants will learn how joint mechanics, active flexibility, and end-range strength support longevity and intelligent movement.

Day 1 — Mobility Foundations & Joint Control
• Flexibility vs. control
• Joint function and usable range of motion
• CARs for assessment & maintenance
• PAILs/RAILs applied to yoga
• End-range strength & active flexibility drills
Day 2 — Intelligent Sequencing & Teaching Application
• Sequencing based on joint priorities & planes of movement
• Preparing the body progressively for peak postures
• Understanding spinal strategy
• Class planning frameworks & transitions
• Practical application to teaching Ideal for yoga teachers, trainers, and committed practitioners who value intelligent, science-informed practice.
