• End-range strength & active flexibility drills
Day 2 — Intelligent Sequencing & Teaching Application
• Sequencing based on joint priorities & planes of movement
• Preparing the body progressively for peak postures
• Understanding spinal strategy
• Class planning frameworks & transitions
• Practical application to teaching Ideal for yoga teachers, trainers, and committed practitioners who value intelligent, science-informed practice.
