The Instituto Gráfico de Chicago (IGC) founded in 2010 is a collective of Latinx and Latin American Printmakers who are also educators, studio artists, arts administrators and teaching artists who live and work in Chicago's Latinx communities. As grassroot printmakers, IGC builds community and continues the legacy of printmaking by creating international art exchanges and spaces for the public to learn about printmaking. IGC exhibits portfolios throughout the U.S. and Mexico and hold participatory workshops engaging Latinx communities in the Midwest.
