Since 2017, they've supported high-profile acts including Clan Of Xymox, Lene Lovich, B-Movie, and Children on Stun, building a reputation as one of the UK alternative scene's most engaging live bands.
Fronted by theatrical frontman Ed Banshee alongside fierce co-vocalist Athena Firechild, The InSect are renowned for breaking the fourth wall - Ed fearlessly roams from stage into the audience, transforming spectators into participants. Their recorded output includes EPs "Cracks" (2020) and "Dark Places" (2023), showcasing their evolution from quirky post-punk to deeper atmospheric territory.
With debut album "As It Ever Was" releasing April 2026, The InSect combine tight musicianship, memorable songs, and theatrical live presence - making them an essential booking for venues serious about post-punk and goth music.

Social Youth Cult are quickly building a following as the natural heirs to classic post-punk acts like Bauhaus and the Virgin Prunes. Since their 2024 debut, the Newcastle quartet have supported Vision Video, 1919, Cold in Berlin and Corpus Delicti. Their debut album, "Lighthouse," was released in November 2025. This will be their second ever London appearance.
