About this Event
Welcome to The Inner Work Lab!
A carefully guided, interactive session designed to help you understand yourself more deeply: how you think, feel and show up in your relationships and everyday life.
This is not a lecture or a passive workshop. It’s a structured, reflective experience where you’ll actively explore your personal patterns through proven psychological frameworks, guided exercises, and meaningful group dialogue.
Expect a space that is:
- Thought-provoking, but grounded
- Honest, but supportive
- Structured, yet deeply personal
You’ll leave with clearer self-awareness, language for your inner world, and insights you can actually use.
What You’ll Experience
- Guided life reflection (mapping key moments that shaped you)
- Introduction to behavioural patterns using psychological frameworks
- Exploration of relational dynamics (e.g. common roles we fall into)
- Small group discussions for deeper insight
- Facilitated prompts to turn reflection into practical awareness
- Optional social time to connect with others after the session
The location:
Hosted at Love Shack, a beautifully designed, community-driven space hidden behind a bookshelf entrance. Known for its warm atmosphere and thoughtfully curated events, it’s the perfect setting for meaningful conversation and reflection.
About the Facilitator
I'm Dina. A Leadership Development Consultant working with global organisations, where I design and facilitate workshops focused on deep self-awareness, behaviour change, and interpersonal dynamics.
I hold a Master’s degree in Organisational and Social Psychology, and my work sits at the intersection of psychology, facilitation, coaching and behaviour change.
Alongside corporate work, I run community-based experiences, with the intention to bring people together through common interests, such as: chess and vynl nights or psychedelics-related discussion afternoons.
This session is part of a broader intention: making high-quality inner work more accessible outside corporate environments.
This is for you if:
- You’re curious about psychology and self-development
- You want to understand your patterns, not just talk about them
- You value meaningful conversations over surface-level networking
- You’re open to reflection in a structured, guided setting

To make this work accessible, initial tickets are priced lower. Future sessions may be priced higher as the format develops.
