About the speaker
As Warner Music Group’s Director of Global Marketing, Dance Music, Marco is responsible for the releases of the label’s dance acts all around the world and the label's overall dance music strategy.
His role straddles A&R, Marketing and Strategy, reflecting his long and well-respected experience in the music industry: spending over 10 years at Warner Music alone including a spell at Warner Bros. Records alongside his top-tier international music industry connections.
Operating across Amsterdam and London, Marco has been instrumental in the campaigns and career development of artists such as David Guetta, Robin Schulz, Ofenbach, Diplo, Hugel, Dennis Lloyd, Cheat Codes, James Hype, Joel Corry and many more becoming one of the key players in the industry.
Ever since Warner Music Group’s acquisition of Spinnin’ Records in 2017, Marco has been working closely with the label's leadership team for its integration into Warner Music Group’s ecosystem, while overseeing the international campaigns of artists such as CYRIL, Kris Kross Amsterdam, Sam Feldt, Alok and Tiësto to name a few.
