About this Event
Join us for conversations and connection as we unveil our new book, The Human-Centric Leader, and discuss what leadership needs next. Held immediately after the Workplace Futures 2026 Conference, this event creates space to pause, reflect and extend the thinking sparked during the day.
We’ll first hear from Simon Wrenn, CEO of Kindred, who is passionate about assembling, developing and nurturing talented teams that deliver outstanding results. Having set up his first business at just 19, Simon brings over 25 years’ experience of driving exceptional growth within the Facilities Management sector.
Simon’s reflections on human-centric leadership will set the stage for the book reveal, as authors Simone Fenton-Jarvis and Louisa Clarke share the thinking behind the book, what they’ve learned from working with leaders across sectors, and why leadership capability now matters more than ever.
For over 20 years, Workplace Futures has brought together senior leaders, strategists and practitioners to explore the big issues shaping facilities, workplace strategy and organisations more broadly.
Books will be available to purchase on the night, with a book signing from the authors, and drinks to keep the conversations flowing.
When you book a ticket for the book launch, you’ll receive an exclusive 20% discount code should you wish to attend the conference beforehand.
