About this Event
Through a thoughtfully guided blend of heart-opening yoga, breathwork, mantra, and chanting, and embodied self-connection practices, we will explore what it means to listen to the heart as a teacher that guides us toward presence, compassion, and authenticity. Drawing inspiration from yogic philosophy in an accessible and experiential way, this practice is less about concepts and more about feeling, sensing, and remembering what truly nourishes you.
This workshop is open to all hearts, whether you come single, partnered, or simply curious. No prior experience with yoga philosophy, chanting, or devotional practices is necessary. Expect a supportive and inclusive space to soften the body, quiet the mind, and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, open, and reconnected.
