Our iconic once-a-year celebration of all things bluefin is back for 2025 - this year hosted at Miss Chow's on the Terrace as part of Plateful Perth!
Join us as we open the evening with a shimmering Lychee Martini, then raise the curtain on a whole-fish tuna butchery performed tableside.
From there, settle in for an 8-course journey where bluefin stars in every style: pristine sashimi, charcoal-kissed yakitori, crispy katsu, luxe sushi and more. Each plate is designed to showcase the fish at its seasonal peak.
