In our Phoenix Rose sanctuary, we don't just watch the moon; we harness its peak energy to Reset, Reclaim, and Rise. Each session is a sensory journey designed to help you "sort the wheat from the chaff."
Meditation: Grounding the energy to find your centre.
Journaling: Celebrating your momentum and identifying what to release.
Movement or Craft: A physical ritual to embody the specific energy of this month’s moon.
Each month will be themed based on the correspondences of that particular moon
