You’ll arrive to a warm welcome and time to settle with a drink before we begin.
The morning includes:

• Guided breathwork and meditation to calm your nervous system
• A relaxed lunch in beautiful surroundings

• Time to connect, wander, sit quietly or simply enjoy being looked after
This is not an intense fitness session. It is a slow exhale. Movement that feels supportive. A morning that feels considered.
