Sharing insights from her book 'Acts of Resistance: The Power of Art to Make a Better World, Amber Massie-Blomfield will be joined by one of poetry's strongest female voices, Louise Fazackerley, who went viral with a poem exploring young identity and what it means to be 'British', delivering a set of poems to make you ponder. The evening concludes with a conversation with author, librettist and creative writing tutor, Toby Litt. This uplifting event will encourage ways to perceive the world beyond the frameworks a broader media might suggest is the current norm.It's a pay what you can afford event, keeping in mind these tight times on many people's budgets, and we'd love it if you can join us.
