A fast, functional test combining cardio machines, bodyweight work, and odd-object tasks.
Divisions: Male Solo, Female Solo, Male Pairs, Female Pairs, Mixed Pairs
Pairs format: Some tasks must be completed by both athletes; others can be split however you like.
Age policy: Age is taken on the event day.
Pairs placement: Based on the average age of both athletes on the event day (rounded down to the nearest whole year).
