The legendary roots reggae band - Misty In Roots will be signing copies of the issue of their classic debut album - Live At The Counter Eurovision 79 LPs in Eel Pie Records, Church St, Twickenham on 9th May 2026.The album is commonly regarded as one of the greatest live albums recorded, and sounds as relevant and vital today as it did back in 1979. Widely acknowledged as one of Radio One's John Peel favourite bands, who they recorded a staggering 9 sessions for, Misty In Roots championed Rock Against Racism from the start, reaching a huge audience through shows with Elvis Cosello, The Specials, Aswad, The Ruts, and Tom Robinson.
Some 47 years on and we are delighted to have made this truly classic album available again. It comes in a 'deluxe' LP set (on red numbered vinyl + exclusive 7" and A1 poster) and 'standard' LP.
Both versions and other exclusive merchandise (like Misty's collaboration with Admiral football top) will be available on the day, with band members in attendance from 2pm-3pm.
