Set within the serene Sculpture Garden at La Colombe d’Or, The Garden Ritual invites guests to begin their morning in harmony with art, nature, and stillness.

This elevated yoga experience led by acclaimed yoga instructor, Sam Castaneda is a fitness-forward series that blends high-intensity movement with mindful flow to build strength, stability, and endurance—one muscle group at a time. Rooted in breath and alignment, this series delivers anatomically focused classes that challenge both body and mind through intentional sequencing and controlled effort.

From core activation to lower-body power and upper-body strength, each session is designed to sculpt and energize, leaving you feeling empowered, aligned, and stronger—on and off the mat.

After the class, enjoy light refreshments, bubbles, and socialize in the garden.
