This is the first in-person Zammtopia workshop, designed to give you something practical, thoughtful, and immediately usable in your daily life.
If you have been moving from one demand to the next, holding a great deal and rarely getting a moment to hear yourself think, this workshop was made with you in mind.
It offers more than a breather. It gives you a space to stop, reflect, and recognise how much of your energy has been going into everything and everyone else. And it gives you a way to use some of that time and energy for yourself — to sort through what is happening, and learn how to carry the load and care for yourself better.
After the workshop, you will leave with a practical tool you can use immediately — one that helps you manage your load more clearly and begin putting some of your energy back into yourself.
And for those two hours, the workshop itself becomes part of that shift: a space set aside for you to pause, reflect, and acknowledge how much of your energy has been spent elsewhere. It is a chance to spend some of that energy on yourself, in a way that helps you carry life better and care for yourself better, too.
