We are taking over Respawn Esports Centre for our 2nd Rocket League tournament — a high octane 2v2 showdown aimed at bringing players together for a fun, competitive day. Bonus:
To keep the energy high and minimise downtime between matches, we’ll also be running a 1v1 side bracket alongside the main 2v2 tournament. This is a fun, optional competition designed to give players more game time and keep everyone involved throughout the day.
The 1v1 bracket will be organised on the day depending on numbers, with a simple format to keep things flowing smoothly between 2v2 matches. Jump in for some extra competition, warm up your mechanics, or just prove who really has the best solo skills 👀
Please note: The 1v1 bracket does not contribute to the main tournament standings and has no prizing associated with it.

Entry Fee: $10.00 per person ($20.00 per team)
Team Cap: 16 Teams (32 Players Max)
Due to station limits, we can only accommodate the first 16 teams to register. Once the bracket is full, registration will close.

10:30 AM: Venue Opens & Player Check-in
(Please be on time! Check-in will close promptly at 11:00 AM)
11:00 AM: First Matches Begin (Sharp Start!)
5:00 PM: Expected Finish Time
(Note: The event may run slightly later depending on the pace of the bracket)
⚔️ TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Structure: Double Elimination — You are not out of the tournament after 1 match loss! Every team is guaranteed at least two matches. Lose twice, and you're out.
Match Settings:
Private Match: Custom Game
Team Size: 2v2
Mutators: Default
Game Length: 5 Minutes
Overtime: Unlimited (Next Goal Wins)
Series Length:
Winners/Losers Rounds : Best of 3
Winners Finals: Best of 5
Losers Finals: Best of 5
Grand Finals: Best of 5 (reset into second BO5 if winner comes from losers bracket)
💻 HARDWARE & SETUP
This is a LAN Event at Respawn Esports Centre. We have dedicated high-performance PCs ready for the tournament.
Stations: 8 Player Stations available (Matches played concurrently)
Equipment: PCs, Monitors, and Keyboards/Mice are provided
Controllers: Players must bring their own controllers (Xbox, PlayStation, or compatible)
Connection: You may connect via Bluetooth; however, you must bring a USB cable with you
Wired Fail-Safe: In the event that Bluetooth connection is unstable, drops, or causes input lag, you must switch to a wired connection immediately. Do not rely solely on wireless.
📜 GENERAL RULES
Pausing: Unpauses without the opponent's permission will result in a forfeit of the current game
No Shows: If a team is not present and ready 10 minutes after their match is called, they will forfeit the series
Conduct: We are here to have fun. Toxic behavior or cheating will result in an immediate ban from the venue and the tournament
Spectators: Friends and family are welcome to come watch the matches, but we ask that they do not distract the players
