Spend a Morning with The Food Medic: Growth & Goals Brunch
Powered by lululemon
Join us for The Food Medic Growth & Goals Brunch, an empowering event to celebrate the re-launch of The Food Medic Hub and to help you set your intentions for 2025 with expert guidance and community connection.
Start your morning your way with a community-led 5km run at a conversational pace led by Anya Culling, or enjoy a peaceful walk with Dr Hazel Wallace. Whether you're pushing your pace or soaking in the moment, there's an option to suit how you feel.
Afterwards, refuel with a delicious breakfast featuring grazing boards and exclusive Food Medic recipes. Then, settle in for an insightful panel discussion hosted by Dr Hazel Wallace. She’ll be joined by:
- Anya Culling: Run coach and 2:34 marathon runner
- Kaitlin Colluci: Gut health dietitian and yoga teacher
- Bianca Armitage: Neuroscientist and wellbeing consultant
Together, they’ll explore goal setting and share health tips to inspire your best year yet.
The morning continues with an interactive habit and goal-setting workshop led by Bianca Armitage, designed to help you put your intentions into action. Connect with like-minded members of the Food Medic community and leave feeling motivated and prepared for the year ahead.
Ticket price is £10 and includes:
- A curated goodie bag featuring a journal, habit tracker, and Lululemon treats
- Inspiration and practical advice for health, wellbeing, and goal achievement
Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to kickstart 2025 with The Food Medic community!
