About this Event

Welcome to the Silly Little Mental Health Walk, set up by Goal Digger Coaching and The Anti Hustle Club

We'll meet at Signorelli's at Stratford Cross on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, grab a coffee and then head out on a little walk around the park.

We'll provide some conversation starters to help lighten the mood, and some topics for discussion, but we wanted to create a little walking group for people to come together who might be feeling a little bit lost at the moment.

It can be hard just getting out of the house sometimes, so come as you are and we'll meet you where you're at. No enforced fun! Just a chance to meet others and come together for a silly little coffee for our silly little mental health.
