Weekly Free Sculpt Series Hosted by Fitness Ambassadors

Join us for The Fit Station at Mockingbird, a free weekly community workout series every Thursday at 7 PM.

This month, we’re focusing on Sculpt — a full-body, low-impact workout designed to tone, lengthen, and strengthen. Expect intentional movement, controlled reps, and a workout that leaves you feeling strong and balanced.

Each class is a 45-minute sculpt session led by top instructors, paired with high-energy vibes, a live DJ, and a social atmosphere that keeps you coming back week after week.
