About this Event

Before You Register:

Talk to your mentor about which training(s) you should consider attending given your current career goals and CDPs
You're required to get approval from your OIC & PM before registering for a class

Traveling Fins:

FLIGHTS: You are responsible for booking your flights within this budget.

You will fly in the afternoon/evening before training begins as class will begin at 8:30 am.
You will fly out the late afternoon/evening of the final day of training ending around 4:30 pm.

HOTEL: You will have a hotel room booked for you by Talent Development (unless you tell us otherwise) checking in the night before training begins and checking out the final day of training.

OpenAir Time & Expense:

Use following codes to charge your time and expense: Internal-Learning-Associate School

Meals:

Breakfast and lunch will be provided every day of training.

Social:

There will be a private social for training attendees after the first day of training concludes. We understand these events are a special time for Fins from across the country to gather together. With that said, do not expense any informal social gatherings with Fins outside of our planned Pariveda-sponsored social. Any informal social expenses submitted will not be approved.

Dietary Needs:

If you have any dietary needs, please respond accordingly in the registration survey so we can make the appropriate arrangements for you.

Dress:

Fins may dress smart casual wearing jeans with an appropriate top.

After You Register:

The Talent Development team + your local OM will log your training staffing into OpenAir
Continue the conversation with your OIC & PM to understand their expectations for your travel hours to/from training (if applicable) and if that time needs to be made up.
You are not expected to make up hours spent in a Pariveda training for your project/billable work.

Whole Brain:

You will be taking the Whole Brain survey for this course and receiving your results by email. If you have already taken the Whole Brain survey and received your results, please note that in the corresponding field during registration and do not retake the survey.
