Weekly Free Sculpt Series Hosted by Fitness Ambassadors
Join us for The Fit Station at Mockingbird, a free weekly community workout series every Thursday at 7 PM.
This month, we’re focusing on Sculpt — a full-body, low-impact workout designed to tone, lengthen, and strengthen. Expect intentional movement, controlled reps, and a workout that leaves you feeling strong and balanced.
Each class is a 45-minute sculpt session led by top instructors, paired with high-energy vibes, a live DJ, and a social atmosphere that keeps you coming back week after week.

📍 Location: Outdoor plaza next to Angelika Film Center, at the top of the stairs
🗓 Dates: Thursdays in June 2026
⏰ Time: 7 PM to 8 PM
🕜 Check-In Opens: 6:30 PM
🚗 Parking: Free garage parking available on-site

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Classes take place outdoors next to the Angelika Theater.
