About this Event
The Female Health Reboot is a supportive, educational fitness and nutrition event designed to help women feel stronger, healthier and more confident in their body!
This event is for:
- the woman who want to move their body with confidence in a safe and supportive environment
- the woman who wants to understand how nutrition actually impacts hormones and gut health - and feels lost in mis-information!
- the woman looking to expert practioners in Fitness and Nutrition for guidance and answersa to common women’s training and health concerns.
This event is not about extreme dieting, high-intensity training, or “fixing” your body.
You’ll take part in an all levels-friendly group workout with Female Specialist Personal Trainer Maria (Fit Female Revolution)
Followed by an empowering talk led by a Nutritionist Nuala (The Nutritious Way) - discussing how what we eat impacts our hormones, gut health and gynaecological health.
This event is open to female-identifying - bring a friend and come learn to MOVE WELL and EAT WELL for life!
It's also International Womens Day! The timing couldn't be more perfect!
