About this Event
As winter slowly gives way to spring, this Kind🌿Root Mini Retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and gently set the tone for the season ahead.
Together we’ll move through a grounding yoga practice, guided breathwork and reflective journaling to help you feel more settled in your body and clearer in your mind. The breathwork practices shared are simple and practical, so you can return to them in everyday life and carry this sense of grounding beyond the session.
There will be time to connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space, with community gathering and August Bakery pastries to enjoy together.
You’ll also receive a small take-home toolkit with breathwork practices and journaling prompts, supporting you as you transition out of winter and into spring with more intention and ease.
The session is hosted by Lisa Lang, founder of The Kind🌿Root Space, who is a qualified coach, yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher. There may also be another practitioner from the Kind🌿Root community joining the session, which will be announced closer to the event.
The Kind🌿Root Space is a community-led wellness platform created by Lisa to make supportive practices like yoga, breathwork and coaching more accessible and lower cost, shaped by her own experience of how out of reach wellness can often feel.
