The February Practice: Build. Burn. Flow.

This special February practice weaves together grounding yoga flow, intelligent strength work, and mindful integration. The class opens and closes with yoga led by ambassador Laura Monk, founder of Soulfish Events, guiding you through intentional movement, breath, and presence.

At the center of the experience is Build & Burn, led by Asia Feiss Castro, founder of U MOVE by AMI Fitness.

Build & Burn is a thoughtful blend of Pilates and functional intensity, designed without impact or excess. This signature format layers interval-based sequences with sustained, toning holds to build strength, endurance, and control, while staying connected to breath and form.

Expect a full-body practice that challenges you, supports you, and leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and deeply integrated.
