• Yoga for All Levels: A guided yoga session to relax and ground yourself as we prepare for the seasonal change.

• Chakra Meditation: Align your chakras and find balance as we focus on the heart and root centers to embrace new beginnings.

• Signature Teas: Enjoy our custom tea blends that support your body’s natural healing processes.

Things to Know:

• Bring your yoga mat: blankets, but feel free to bring any additional comfort items.

• Dress comfortably: Wear relaxed, flexible clothing suitable for yoga and meditation.

• All levels welcome: Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is designed to accommodate all skill levels.

• Location: 1535 N. DAYTON ST. CHICAGO, IL 60642

• Time:2:00pm please arrive at 1:45pm to settle in and get checked in.

• Parking: Free parking is available on-site. also street parking. When you arrive, please enter through the parking lot at the corner of Dayton/Blackhawk St. under the red awning in the back of the lot.

• Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible and accommodating to all mobility needs.
