Hosted by Aspen & Meursault’s own Sunny Hodge, alongside Donum’s Senior Director of Winegrowing, Tony Chapman, and Master of Wine Mark de Vere, this intimate evening will explore the philosophy, practice, and impact of regenerative organic viticulture. Through a thoughtfully paired three-course dinner, guests will experience authentic, site-driven wines that express the natural environments from which they originate. Expect an engaging evening of conversation, seasonal cuisine, and distinctive wines that capture the character and complexity of Donum’s vineyards.
About The Donum Estate Founded in 2001, Donum’s terroir-driven wines reflect the energy and complexity of some of the most celebrated regions in Northern California, including the Russian River Valley, Carneros, Anderson Valley, and the West Sonoma Coast. Donum was one of the first wineries in Sonoma County to achieve Regenerative Organic Certified® status for all of its estate vineyards, and is certified by the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) association. Donum uses regenerative organic farming practices to cultivate a thriving environment where the vines can flourish.
