Join me in person for a self-care evening with healing botanicals, led by myself Medical Herbalist Tash of Foheal Herbal Clinic, where you will learn a little about and choose the herb(s) that serve your physical and emotional calling, creating a herbal infusion. Then we will prepare two natural treatments and relax in the space.
Self-care works inside and out. We will make a restorative hand and foot treatment made with cleansing and restorative herbs and herbal oils. Everything we make is completely natural and you can learn a little about different plant medicines that you can use for your health and wellbeing at home. Most high quality botanical creams and treatments are expensive because of the cost involved in harvesting the pure ingredients - it may take thousands of flowers to get enough medicine for one pot of cream (plus marketing costs etc.!). Making these yourself allows you to access this natural pharmacy and tailor your formula to your personal needs.
We will prepare an antioxidant-rich facial mask to use with aromatic floral waters and cream for a mini botanical facial. The formula is 100% natural and suitable for sensitive skin made with powerful rejuvenating botanicals including bilberry and tremella (‘nature’s hyaluronic acid’) for a mini facial experience. Relaxing in the space you will be invited to apply the treatments for a deep relaxation. Release the old, the stress and the wear, and welcome in your most grounded, sparkling and authentic self. Come back into the space renewed, feeling aligned to your intentions and recharged.
If you prefer to take your treatments home and apply them in private, that is absolutely fine. Simply join for the experience, the making section and the relaxing meditation. You can take home sample pots of the preparations.
