The Deep Botanical Self-Care Ritual
Join me in person for a deep botanical self-care ritual, led by myself Medical Herbalist Tash of Foheal Herbal Clinic, where you will meet and choose the herb(s) that serve your physical and emotional calling, creating a herbal infusion mixed with your intentions for release and transformation.
Then we begin the self-care transformation process, inside and out. We will prepare a detoxifying herbal hand and foot treatment together, imbued with cleansing, nourishing and restorative botanicals and plant oils. Everything we make is completely natural, made with high quality ingredients and no preservatives.
We will prepare a powerful antioxidant-rich facial mask formula (100% natural, handmade and suitable for sensitive skin) made with bilberry, tremella ('nature's hyaluronic acid') and other rejuvenating botanicals to bring healing, restoration and moisture to the skin. Relaxing in the space you will be invited to apply the treatments for a deep relaxation. Release the old, the stress and the wear, and welcome in your most grounded, sparkling and authentic self. Come back into the space renewed, feeling aligned to your intentions and recharged.
If you prefer to take your treatments home and apply them in private, that is absolutely fine. Simply join for the circle, the making section and the relaxing meditation.
