Come and taste some herbs that have emotional healing and empowering effects, followed by a meditative cacao ceremony with medicine music and sound
For the May event we will combine herbal medicines designed for dreams, mental wellness and empowerment with a cacao ceremony - traditionally a heart-opening medicine that can help you to tune into deeper guidance within your life. Led by Medical Herbalist Tash from Foheal Clinic (foheal.co/@fohealnaturalhealth) who started her herbal journey in Peru, you will get to have a relaxing sound journey with the support of healing plants.
Part One: Intention setting and welcome
Introduction to the different herbal medicines we will taste and what they are used for in western herbal medicine and in the folk/energetic tradition. Taste the herbs!
Part Two: Cacao ceremony introduction
Intro to the cacao ceremony and serving of cacao. Lights dim, and we begin the sound journey.
Conclusion: Opportunity to share and connect with others
NOTE: Some of the herbal extracts contain alcohol, if you would like an alcohol free version, please let me know in advance so I can ensure that I can provide a fresh extract for you.
