About this Event
The Critical Self-Study Workshop
The Critical Self-Study Workshop invites folks to explore how they can embody anti-racist and anti-oppressive principles through the practice of self-orienting. This workshop challenges participants to critically examine their personal values, social position, unconscious biases, and origin stories, encouraging deep reflection on how these factors shape their professional lives and personal interactions. By engaging in this process, participants will be empowered to foster a culture of belongingness in their workplaces and personal lives, cultivating environments where all individuals can thrive.
The session will include journaling, small group discussions and activities. The session will NOT be recorded.
