Join comedian, writer, and actor Jordan Carlos for a night of laughs, love, and light domestic accountability as he celebrates the launch of his debut book, CHOREPLAY (Grand Central Publishing).
Choreplay is a laugh-out-loud, gamified guide to realizing what you’ve got before you fumble the bag, the marriage, and the good sheets. It’s about the small stuff that secretly means everything: bringing your partner coffee in bed like a grown adult, knowing your kids’ doctors (plural!), remembering what meds they’re on, exercising your body and your common sense, protecting your peace, doing what you want without being reckless, and—say it with me—going the f*ck to bed.
This book is part memoir, part relationship playbook, and fully hilarious. It’s about effort over ego, love over pettiness, and turning the boring, everyday grind into the very thing that keeps the romance alive. Think: fewer arguments, more intimacy, and yes—sex for life, but also something even better: self-worth.
The evening will feature a live reading, a no-holds-barred conversation with Jordan and a fellow comedian (TBA), plus a Q&A where nothing is off-limits. Afterward, stick around for a book signing, meet-and-greet, and some good old-fashioned mingling, co-mingling and all the things!
