Ryan is the Managing Director of Straight St. Consulting and has over 20 years of C-suite leadership experience and nearly a decade in strategy and innovation consulting. He works with senior teams to drive growth through innovation, commercialisation, and technology across sectors including data, renewable energy, manufacturing, SaaS, and media. His work spans new product and service development, guiding start-ups to break-even, international expansion, and working with scale-ups to embed commercial models that deliver measurable results.
He has delivered programmes for Highlands and Islands Enterprise including New Product Development, Ideas for Growth, and AI in Action, and has mentored entrepreneurs through Edinburgh Innovations, the Bayes Centre, and Higgs Centre for Innovation.
