The Breathwork Soundbath: Spring Reset

We’re bringing our next Breathwork Soundbath to OB Jiu Jitzu Studio — and this one arrives at the shift of a new season.

Spring is traditionally a time of renewal. But renewal requires clearing first.

Spring Reset is designed to help release built-up stress, move stagnant energy, and reset your nervous system in a powerful and supportive space.

We’ll begin with guided breathwork.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a conscious, rhythmic breathing practice that helps regulate the nervous system and release stored stress from the body. By intentionally changing the pattern of your breath, you create a physiological shift — one that can bring clarity, emotional release, and a deeper connection to yourself.

This is an active practice. It isn’t passive relaxation — it’s a tool for real release.

After breathwork, you’ll lie back as the sound bath begins. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, and layered frequencies will fill the cathedral, supporting integration and allowing the body to soften and settle. 🎶

Breathwork opens. Sound integrates. Together, they create space.

Guy Douglas — sound practitioner, musician, and co-founder of Sound Meditation Presents. Guy has guided thousands through immersive sound experiences across the country, using gongs, crystal singing bowls, flutes, and other acoustic instruments to support deep meditation and collective listening.

These gatherings are powerful because we do them collectively — in community, inside a space that holds depth and resonance. ✨

No experience is necessary. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on 🧘‍♀️

• A blanket (the cathedral can get cool) 🕯️

• A pillow for support

• Water 💧
