The Battle of the Brewers
Think you can brew under pressure? Bell Lane Coffee brings the Battle of the Brewers to Woo Cafe Dublin.
A fast-paced, knockout-style brewing competition where instinct, skill, and adaptability are everything.
How it works
8 competitors. 3 rounds. One winner.
Competitors go head-to-head in pairs, each brewing a secret 30g sample of Bell Lane filter coffee they've never tasted before. The better brew advances. The format is simple — the execution is anything but.
The twist
Every round, we take something away.
One method only: V60. Minimum 200ml into a cupping bowl, in 7 minutes.
At your station
Kettle, hand grinder, scale, timer, V60, glass server, filters, cupping bowls, cupping spoon, and Bell Lane water. The grinder resets to zero between each pair - you choose your own grind setting and water temperature.
