- Guests with very young children or mobility impairments are welcome, but may be challenged by part of the itinerary (includes a lot of walking and possibly some stairs).
- Our Tours take place predominantly outside. Please be prepared for all weather conditions.
- If very heavy rain or snow is forcast or there is a service disruption on the underground we reserve the right to re-schedule the tour with 48 hours prior notice

ABOUT THE ESTATE
The Barbican Estate is a large, Brutalist residential and arts complex in the City of London, built on a World War II bomb site and completed in 1982, designed by architects Chamberlin, Powell & Bon. It is a "city within a city" with over 2,000 flats for about 4,000 residents, featuring elevated walkways, gardens, a lake, and iconic architecture.
The estate is home to the renowned Barbican Centre, a multi-arts venue, the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, the Barbican Library, and several other institutions
