Come and explore the power of your intuition through the sacred wisdom of your body. In this women’s circle, we will reconnect with the quiet signals, sensations, and inner stirrings that guide us. Through gentle movement, guided meditation, journaling, and ritual, you will learn to trust your body as a compass—and your truest self as the guide.
Please arrive a little early if you can to support our lovely host, Ms. Marji’s, by purchasing a morning beverage before we begin.
After the circle, you are warmly invited to stay and enjoy pastries and casual conversation if your schedule allows.
No prior experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal.
