The Awakened Achiever Retreat: A Day of Clarity

This one-day retreat is designed for women who feel busy, overwhelmed, or slightly disconnected, and are craving a moment to reset. A moment to give yourself the space to listen to your own inner voice.

• An intro to Numerology session so you can start to self identify patterns and your own personal pre-dispositions
• Guided Journaling + Meditation (including time in the salt room)
• Somatic yoga for relaxation and integration
• Locally sourced, nutrient-filled lunch
• A supportive, intimate group environment

This is a calm, guided experience that blends reflection, insight, and restorative practices to help you come back to yourself.

Throughout the day, you’ll:

• Slow down and step out of your daily routine
• Reflect on where you are in your life with clarity and intention
• Gain insight into patterns shaping how you think and feel
• Be introduced to the 4 stages of awakening as a gentle framework for understanding where you are, and where you would like to go from here
• Leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected with yourself
