Yin Yoga is a slow, intentional practice that focuses on the deeper connective tissues of the body — including the joints, ligaments, fascia, and tendons. Using the support of props, body weight, and gravity, postures are held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to gently and gradually open without force. This practice helps improve joint health and mobility, increase range of motion, calm the nervous system, and release both physical and energetic tension that can build up in the body over time.
While Yin is not passive, it is deeply nourishing and offers a powerful balance to our often yang-heavy lives filled with work, responsibilities, movement, and constant doing. Each class invites you to slow down, listen inward, and create space — not just in the body, but in the mind and heart as well.
This series is open to all levels and is especially supportive if you’re feeling tight, stressed, or simply in need of a quieter, more grounding practice.
