Love, Kindness & Connection for FamiliesCelebrate the month of love and connection with Family Yoga: Love & Kindness Edition — a warm-hearted and playful class for families of all ages.
We’ll begin with a simple check-in to arrive together, then move through a gentle yoga practice that includes partner poses, heart-opening shapes, and breath practices designed to support calm, empathy, and togetherness. Expect a blend of movement, giggles, and peaceful moments that help families reconnect in meaningful ways.
We’ll wrap up with a short closing reflection to help families bring this sense of kindness and connection into the week ahead.

This time of year is perfect for nurturing gratitude, empathy, and closeness. This class provides a soft space to slow down, bond, and enjoy being together — on and off the mat. No experience needed.
