You’ll be held in a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and set intentions that feel aligned, practical, and empowering.
The experience continues with a deeply restorative 45-minute sound bath led by Sarah Garbus of The Om Center. Through soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones, you’ll be invited to release tension, quiet the mind, and open to fresh clarity for the year ahead.
Crystals and journals will be provided to support your practice and help anchor your intentions long after the gathering. This is a beautiful opportunity to begin again with steadiness, focus, and renewed purpose.
