February invites a gentler pace and a return to the heart.This Sacred Stillness practice incorporates gentle, mindful movement to ease the body open, followed by deeply supported restorative and yin postures that create space through the chest, shoulders, and upper back. The emphasis is on comfort, breath awareness, and allowing the body to rest without effort.
The evening concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra to support deep rest and renewal, followed by quiet journaling to reflect, integrate, and carry the experience beyond the mat.
No experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and receive.
